Carini installed a dual heat pump system in March of One of the systems has been working flawlesslyThe other system has been leaking Freon since the day it was installedToday is the 15th time they have been out to repair the defective systemTo date they have not replaced a single major part of the defective systemThey came out today to replace the evaporator, but after disassembling the system they determined they had the wrong partI is a major sacrifice to keep taking time off of work for them to come over to fix the system with no resultsI need to get a contractor out here to fix the system that they are incapable of fixing

*** ** was very professional and kept me informed during the entire process of installing our new heating and air conditioning system He arrived on time explained how to use the system once it was installed and left the work area clean I was very impressed and would recommend Carini to my friends and family

The Technician quickly diagnosed my problem and made time to get parts and fix Really was nice--I did not relish waiting for weeks to get heat Technician was knowledgeable, able to explain the problem, professional in manner and work

I contacted Carini for my regular HVAC servicing and it was a total pleasure to work with them Anthony was a rockstar technicianHe was flexible, friendly, punctual, and efficient He was easy to communicate with and made the servicing a snap I was very pleased with Carini overall and will absolutely stick with them for my HVAC needs

The Tech Pro, *** **, arrived ready to address the issues concerning us about
our Bryant Air SystemHe was very professional and excellent in his ability
to relay information which was really helpful in understanding the operation
of the heat system We learned a lot which we seemed not
to get from reading the manualHe adjusted our units and tested them as well
Before leaving he solved a vexing issue with the sensor light in a bedroom which
flashed at inconvenient times at night
Definitely an asset to his Company in every wayNice to have a positive experience
with a representative who actually knows his business thoroughly

*** *, from Carini Heating and AC came to my house to do a pre-use inspection of the wall heaters in my house He checked out all four heaters, gave me tips on home service, and what to inspect for in the future
Additionally, he gave me recommendations for wall mounted thermostats to replace the stock analog devices which apparently came with the heaters in my house

We contracted with Carini Heating and Air Conditioning for a complete replacement of our old, original furnace (1977 version) and Air Conditioner (added approximately 2001). We requested 5 quotes for the job
Our sales person was [redacted], who was the very professional and up front with describing and listing all of the the work to be done, and providing a competitive price - without the usual gimmicks such as sales, discounts, and buy it now because the price will go up. We selected Carini based primarily on the equipment that was proposed and the highly favorable reviews we found on line on various web sites. The cost was competitive. [redacted] was also able to schedule the work to be done soon after the contract was signed, allocated plenty of time for the installers, and was present at the site while the job was getting started.
The installation team leader was [redacted]. The equipment removal went smoothly and quickly, despite the age of the system and numerous unusual characteristics regarding the previous installation of both the Furnace and Air Conditioner, as well as some of the interim repairs that had been made over the years.
The system was installed well within the allocated time, including wiring and pipe re-routing to maximize overall system efficiency and effectiveness. Our carpeting was covered, and cleanup at the end of each day and at the end of the installation was excellent,
Both the furnace and air conditioning were thoroughly tested after installation was completed, and everything has worked perfectly since that time. We are also very pleased that the energy required for the air conditioner has been reduced by at least 30% as compared to the previous unit. Based on our experience, we are thankful we selected Carini Heating and Air Conditioning as our contractor.
