On 11/**/13 our driver made an accidental delivery of 172.2 gallons. We contacted the customer immediately and spoke to [redacted], [redacted]'s husband. It was explained to him the we can either pump the 172.2 gallons out of his tank, or he could pay for the delivery at a discounted rate. [redacted] ag[redacted] to pay for the oil at a discounted rate, in 5 monthly payments. We contacted [redacted]'s regular oil company to inform them of the delivery to avoid any confusion or issues on their part. After acting in good faith to resolve this issue to the customer's satisfaction, we have received none of the ag[redacted] upon monthly payments. We have attempted for months to contact the customer regarding this issue, and mailed multiple letters.
[redacted] finally called us back in mid March and informed us that she can only afford to pay a lesser amount per month toward the balance. On 3/**/14 she told us that she would mail in the first payment shortly, and has also failed to do this. Valley Oil has made every effort to resolve this matter in a fair and respectful manner.
