objects to paying a $deductible in order to make required repairs to her vehicle- Ms*** is frustrated with her experience and either wants out of the lease or to swap vehiclesContract terms: Ms***’s contract clearly states that she is responsible for weekly payments of $weekly payments / weeks in a year = a year contract.Warranty Terms: Ms***’s Warranty clearly states that she is responsible for a $deductible per visitCARite has a very generous five (5) day/mile return policyThe time for customers to review documentation, ask questions, and gain clarity on terms, is within the first five (5) daysNOT two years into the deal.All that being said, Ms*** does have an excellent payment history and review of Ms***’s account management decided that she qualified for a vehicle exchangeThe exchange has happened and Ms*** is driving in the new vehicle
