the area that was damaged. Billed for yard maintenance. One side of the front yard needed to be trimmed. Also, both trash cans were left full and in the backyard which were dumped by the landscaper. There was a charge of $80 for yard maintenance and dumping the trash. Receipt of the remaining deposit was returned 15 business days after the end of lease/contract. The deposit was mailed out within 14 business days of the the lease end.
