Lest start by saying you guys don't care about customer serviceI brought my mothers chevy Cruz to be checked due to engine light coming on and get mile maintenance doneWhen we came to pick up car the sales guy tried to over charge my old mother by over 300$Next drove the car 1/mile lights came back on, so we drove it back and they cleared the codes once again and we left down the roadWell the very next day lights came back on, I her son was in town for thanksgiving and brought my scanner and it read the car was running lean something totally different than what carl black fixed, right then I knew something was weird so I checked battery which carl black had checked off as good in there check sheet and wow what a shock, it was so corroded and the battery terminal was pulling out off the battery, but you checked that right---- nooooo you did notI went and purchased new battery and cleaned terminals and have not had a problem senseWe went back to car black of Orlando and all the could say was sorryNooo where's my mothers refund for the work that did not need to be done atI have bought vehicles there and referred a couple others but that will never happen again unless you guys man up

I have now purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past years The sales experience has always been very smooth and low pressure I realize every car dealer is eager to sell a car, but not all of them are willing to take care of you after the sale That"s where Carl Black sets themselves apart The service department has been fantastic, I've never felt like they were trying to stick something to me It's also nice when your service adviser recognizes you as you walk in I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle

I bought a used 2014 Terrain Denali in late August 2015. By September I was having problems with the vehicle that took 3 times for the service department to fix. More problems now in Feb --- all due to chewed wires and tubes. I was sold a vehicle with pre-existing damage that they expect me to pay for. Just an awful, stressful experience. Extremely disappointed at the lack of goodwill, lack of technical skillset with their service department and overall customer service. Will never do business with them again. Buyers beware.

I wholeheartedly recommend buying from Carl Black, Orlando. Every person I dealt with at this dealer were professional, helpful, friendly and above all, trustworthy. We bought a car from them, sight unseen (we live on the opposite part of America!) and they were honest about everything. There were no unpleasant surprises once the car arrived (and I'm a pretty meticulous about cars). The paperwork they sent to our home state for registration were 100% complete and in order. Our salesperson was Bryan L[redacted]. But we also dealt with Kamau and Trevis at different stages of the process. 10 out of 10!! If only all car buying experiences could be like this one...
