want to renew if we have not received their payment Mr*** was mailed a renewal invoice in September of Mr*** was contacted in December and told our CSR that he needed to discuss with his wife before making a decision We called the home again in January and left a message and did mail a statement as a reminder so that if he did want to renew he could contact us
