and Carl Noto Patio took 5 months to come out and get it done.

Review: Carl Noto Patio installed a vinyl sunroom on my house that was installed incorrectly. The windows were never completely installed and can be moved several inches into the structure. The windows leak water into the structure and have ruined my vinyl tile floors and caused a mold and moisture issue. I have been requesting for corrections to be made for five (5) months with no action from carl Noto patio. They keep promising that someone will come to complete the work day after day, week after week and month after month but no one ever shows up. We have had the sunroom for nine (9) months now and still have not been able to use it.Desired Settlement: I would like for Carl Noto Patio to come complete the window installation as required to prevent water leaks inside the structure.
