Review: I had a claim with this company and they treated me very unfairly. I had physical damage because of a product I used. I was told I used the product incorrectly. How do they know how I used the product. The issue is I used the product and it damaged me physically. I did follow the instructions. I was just given the runaround. It has nothing to do with how I used it. It was applied on myself and it caused severe damage.This company is not fair. They make you feel like you are lying about your claim. I would not be going through all this trouble if I was lying. I even provided pictures. I have witnesses. I have been to a walk in clinic and I am having tests done next week from a dermatologist.I would not go through all this if I did not have damage done.I am absolutely appalled that there is no justice for a consumer using harsh products resulting in severe physical damage and the company getting away with it.Desired Settlement: I lost a large amount of money because of the damage done. I would like a settlement of $2000.00
