This complaint was forwarded to me and I believe that the issue has been resolved with the customer[redacted] has sent an email directly to us via our website with this same complaint on 9/25/We replied to his email on 9/to let him know we were investigating and also contacted Viktor Optical so that we could reproduce his lensesThey faxed over the information we needed and on 10/6, one of our agents spoke with him directly to advise him of the resolution planOn 10/new lenses were shipped to Viktor Optical for dispensing to [redacted]Our last conversation with Mr[redacted] was that he was satisfied with his lensesThank you for bringing this to our attention
