I contacted MrHolt on 3/requesting an inspection of my property due to some water intrusion above the garage and an inoperable light fixture in one of the bathrooms MrHolt explained that he was busy and would try to make it out to the property but could not provide a time frame On 3/7, I contacted him again and was told he didn't know when he could get out to the property On 3/I contracted another construction company to inspect the property and do the work required to fix the issues at hand WHILE they were performing the work on 3/- MrHolt (whom I never heard back from after 3/7) proceeded to the property to conduct the "inspection" I received a bill from his "Assistant" *** on 3/for $ When I called to discuss the matter, she was incessantly rude, continued to talk over me, would not allow me to explain or ask questions until completely frustrated, I asked if I could speak FIVE TIMES and she finally stopped talkingWhen I asked why MrHolt proceeded to inspect property that was already being worked on - the only answer I received was "because you asked him to" No common sense, whatsoever - this company is seriously lacking customer service and communication skills
