Settlement:I regards to the customer complaint, all information was presented to her up frontYes, the quote did change because of the different engine specificationI chose to purchase the part from my preferred supplier because of the qualityI never lied or threatened the customerI did offer to discuss the issue in personThe first indication that I got regarding any problem with the work was when the customer stopped payment on the check she used to pay for the workI conducted this work the same way I conduct all my work by keeping an open line of communication with the customer
