I am rejecting this response because: The apology didn't seem sincicer it felt force and and didn't seen like the worker really even cared or even the manger I just won't be taking my hunger needs there any more

The customers on this project (the bank manager and the construction company Mr
*** was contracted with) told us that the final work looked excellent and that they were all pleased with the results. We have future work with this contractor.
Only because MrStried to pay us 10% less than he had agreed to pay, we consulted an attorney who advised us with some options as to how to proceed MrSeventually made the final payment
We will not refund any cash to MrS.

They provide internet services which are repeatedly down and their customer service line is a voice messaging machineSo not only does their service suck and often is down, they don't even answer the phone to discuss when service will be back upThe current service interruption is "maintenance" according to their voicemail system and was apparently scheduled during normal, daytime business hours

On Jan 27th I went through the drive-thru of Carl's JrI placed my order and paid and received a bag and arrived homeWhen I looked in the bag I noticed that my order was incompleteI then looked at receipt and proceeded to call the branchI called for mins straight and it kept going to a full voicemailFinally the General Manager Lupe answered the phone and told me to come back and she would compensate and correct my orderI arrive wiminutes our phone conversation and inform Lupe whom I wasShe proceeded to make me the sandwiches that were not in the bagI said you know what I'd rather have my money back for the inconvenience I missed my lunch break and if there can be some kind of compensation for the future that would be greatly appreciatedShe told me " No "I said excuse me, she said " I will give you money back for the sandwiches only and not for the combo you ordered" Mind you I did not eat because I awaiting meal expecting fresh hot foodAfter bein

Contacted customer, we talked things over and everything is OK
