Great customer service, very friendly staff and great location I recommend for travelers on I 81 or coming from the airport
booked hotel room and after checking in I found hair in the bed and on the pillows room had strong odder of smoke I asked if I could get a refund and manager agreed the date of check in was 08/16/2019
and I have not received a refund as 09/16/2019
a full refund has been issued on 09-16-2019 upon reviewing the mentioned complaint it appears that there was an error with the payment process service , however it has been corrected and a full refund has been issued today on 09-16-2019 the customer should expect it in 3-5 business days . thanks
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
