Carla's Cake Pops

Ms*** placed an online order via Carla’s Cake Pops on 4/10/with a requested delivery date of 4/11/2017. Our shopping cart clearly states that all orders must be placed ours in advance, as all cake pops are made to order
( https://www.mcssl.com/SecureCart/Checkout.aspx?mid=F52C9B43-853A-41E4-9AAC-BBDD8...⇄ ) Ms*** called me the day of the requested delivery and I advised her of our hour processing requirement and informed her that we would not be able to have the order ready due to the short notice We have done business with Ms*** where we delivered a cake pop bouquet to her daughter the previous year at her place of employment During my conversation with Ms*** I told her that I would have a half dozen cake pops delivered to her daughter free of charge because I felt bad that she did not see the hour requirement Ms*** reminded me that I had delivered to her daughter the previous year I personally did the delivery as the location is less is right outside of the DSCC base where I work However when we attempted to deliver at the *** Rd address the company was was no longer at that addressAs you can see below Ms*** was received a full refund on April 17, as returns are not processed until the original charge has cleared It is unfortunate that Ms*** has taken this measure

Carla's Cake pops is completely wrongI did NOT talk to them until days after the delivery was made, I NEVER was spoke to anyone in regards to the hour thingThey simply took my money and did not respond until I called several timesYes I did use Carla's cake pops the previous year and they delivered a day early?? And the place of business my daughter works at is CLEARLY in business I would of never paid for cake pops to be delivered to an address that was not correct!
