After careful consideration, advice received and review of all the evidence contractor owes client money for work not performed Work not performed is over $25,000-- Home owner will accept $15,I have receipts of proof that work performed that contractor was paid for and did not complete is over $25, I will not take any other action if I receive $15,for work not done in which I paid for by July via bank check
