In response to [redacted] complaint against Carley Staffing Solutions: [redacted] tone of voice was one of aggression and agitation when he called my office to inquire about potential work opportunities.? He was very irate that I had not found him a job and asked me what I had been doing for the last two months.? I tried numerous times to explain to him that it is not my responsibility to find him a job, but rather we make reasonable and appropriate connections? As an employment agency we never promise to find anyone a job, we are a liaison between people looking for work and companies looking for someone to fill an open position.? I never said that he should get his driver’s license back or that I cannot find him work because of his lack of a license; what I said was that having a license would open more opportunities for him and that not having a license does limit the number of employers that we can present him to.? This is a truth, not discriminatory [redacted] became more and more agitated and accusatory as the conversation progressed, even going so far as to call me “honey”, so I explained to him that I cannot present someone with such an aggressive nature to a potential employer, and yes, I did ask him to not call our office again Integrity is at the core of how we operate, and we have many happy employees and satisfied client companies as evidence of such.? Although I am saddened by [redacted] opinion of Carley Staffing Solutions, I stand by my decision
