VERY SATISFIED
The staff not only lied and exhorted money for pointless work, but charged a high price for an A/C Evacuation & Recharge that did not fix the system due to a preexisting leak. The business should have not preformed the work because the evacuation that precedes the recharge would obviously indicate a leak. However, the shop disregarded the indication of a leak and proceeded to preform the work, which they charged full price for. They then claimed that the car could be brought back for a free Evac&Recharge at ANY later date, (I was specifically told that there was no time limit on the offer) but upon returning several months later, I was informed that the offer expired after 6 months.
