I have called since Friday 7/24 and I did give permission for whoever to enter the apartment. I have all my messages that I left and calls that I made and I spoke with someone face to face about the problem. Even then I told them to enter the apartment. So I do not accept their response. They need to fix the problem. its going on a week.
