The total that you owe is $ *** took off the $that we over looked on the payment because you paid in advance We also took off another $because we did not cut your grass this past week As far as the week your nanny did not see us come out - that is a valid charge
Our company cuts grass weekly We cut several lawns and you are the only person that seems to think it wasn't cut If that was the case why wouldn't you call when your grass wasn't cut that week - why is it getting brought up now? *** was not rude in the email back - she simply stated we would help you find another company since it's clearly not working out Every single month we get questioned on something - weather it's how long the guys worked or now accusing us of not cutting Both parties were agreed on discontinuing lawn service until I mentioned putting a lien on the property if the *** wasn't paid by next Friday
