Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This whole matter could have been resolved quickly had anyone either answered my numerous pleads via phone calls and messages or not lied when they did talk to me, Here is just some of those lies:"the check is in the mail", "we do not have signers today for the check", "we have to wait for your check to clear" (I GAVE THEM CASH AND USED CREDIT CARDS)"the holidays have slowed the process down", "we have to talk to [redacted] and he is not here", "we will expedite the check on Tuesday" (that would have been 12-16-14, and obviously that never happened.....At this time what I will accept is:Correcting the amounts that were refunded to my credit cards, incorrect amount posted to each.Reimbursement for the $finder fee I paid to a broker to find the vehicle and to drive me to pick up the vehicle (can provide invoice if need be)The $I paid a mechanic to check vehicle that showed it had red flags once hooked up to Ford Diagnostic Machine (invoice can be provided)Interest on my $10,from December through January 8th which is the day I received the $10,check.(I retained mailing envelope which was posted January 5, 2015).Interest paid in the credit cards.I should charge for lost time at work as well as telephone conferences with both my accountant as well as an attorney and the police department.I should also be reimbursed for the numerous times I had to stop working to phone this company to no avail only to be lied to one more time.I also think an apology of some sort is in definite order Regards, [redacted] "

The Dealership apologizes for the sales process not being what the customer wanted. The customer agreed to a repair and now wants to change the terms of the agreement. The customer has chosen to employ communication tactics that are broadcasting information.The Dealership will
resolve the customer's dissatisfaction 100% and has previously communicated this publicaly on several social media sites.The customer needs to call the General Manager to solve problems; ###-###-####

*** *** Dear Revdex.com,I was called the day after I sent in the complaint to discuss the sales situation and the inability to buy the car at the price advertisedI wrote a review on Dealer.net and the general manager reached out to meI explained that the $car price was not available to anyone because it came with the inclusion of financing through the dealership but the dealership does not finance under $Since the car cannot be financed, it would require the car to be $+ $cash priceThe general manager said I would receive a call from sales staff that dayI did not so I called him the next day and said no one calledI want the car for $I was called back a few hours later asking if I could buy the car that nightI said I will leave work early to get the car and I was still interestedHe gave me the price $would be all fees included, tax, licensing and registration. I went and bought the car.I was assured that they would change their advertising to not include LOW car prices that could not be finance so no one would have to go through thisThey said is was an honest mistakeBut as of this morning on their website, they have two vehicles that they cannot finance but they have this price is only good if you finance or lease through themIt is $more if you pay cash. *** Buick Century Gold and *** Chrysler PT Cruiser Yellow.I really wanted to say thank you for helping me and listening to me.Simncerely,*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***

We spoke about this with the customer and corrected the confusion and sold him the carThe customer is completely satisfied

Although the refund was partial and did not reflect a "full refund" of the money I invested in this vehicle, I am willing to accept this resolution so that I no longer have to interact with the dealership.

The dealership will call the customer today and outline what has been done. It is the dealership's  position to resolve the concern and make the customer happy.

Since I have not recevied this information I do not know which of the refunds have been received and which are still pending.

I accidentally hit resolve complaint... please note I wish to not resolve this issue due to the misleading car sale sales manager told me that it was a good car no issues no leaks all hoses and belts had been replaced I have proof they falsified the information about the car I have no clue about cars I'm a single mother they lied breaching our contract they should be held responsible. If I paid fraudulently I'd be in trouble they to be  treated as a fraudulent dealership

The dealership mailed the refund out on Wednesday 3/11/15. The reason for the delay was we were waiting for Chrysler Service Contracts to mail us our checks first.We have satisfied the request. If the customer wants to discuss the matter further, please have her contact the GM, [redacted], on...
