They sold me a car, safetied and etestedI then found out that the car could not legally have been safetied due to extreme rust in wheel wells In December 2016, I purchased a car Safetied AND Etested from Carling MotorsTheir ad that they had online for the car advertised it as Safetied AND etested, but when I went to purchase it the saleswoman declined to offer it as suchAfter speaking to the manager and showing them the advertisement, they agreed to sell it safetiedI now understand why they did not want to sell it safetied and etested! The car has VERY bad rust and large rust holes in the rear wheel wellsThis is a major fault and the car should never have passed the safetyI did not know that and purchased the carSince I was buying from a major dealership with good reviews, I never imagined they would blatantly cheat the system all in the name of a couple thousand dollar saleI found out some months later from different mechanics and a service adviser from another

I am beyond disgusted with the service at this officeThis car dealership has such a disconnect between all of the offices between sales service and body shopI've been with them for a year and a half and every experience is so frustrating you can never reach people they're not accountable and it cost a fortune to have a car with these people they sell you services and products and then constantly tell you things are not covered Bought a brand new ** paid cash and I've had nothing but problems with getting service never you can book an appointment to get in without waiting two weeks and then when they have your car they don't do the work and if they are delayedToo bad I now hate my new car because of the experience that I've had with this companyAlthough it's supposed to be one of the best cars Carling motors makes me want to give my car back

I was told I would be receiving $worth of servicing as part of my purchase only to learn later on this was not true
I went to purchase a *** in January 21, from ***Towards the end of negotiating a price for the car and for the trade of my ***, I was about to give up on the purchase because of the ridiculously low price they offered for my *** when the salesman, ***, stated he got an idea and left his desk He returned to tell me and my wife about a contest they were having that weekend where you pick from a number of envelopes that had coupons in them with a cash value up to $they had taped to a windowI asked him directly if I could use the $toward the purchase of the carHe replied noI asked him directly if I could use it toward servicingHe replied yes I agreed if I won $I would proceed with the purchase, which I actually won and purchased the car
