For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The company issues no disclaimer about said shipping practices therefore any complaints hitherto fall upon the company. Hello, Customer requested 3-Day shipping for an item that was processed and left our office on Thursday as expected. FedEx does not deliver express packages on the weekend unless specifically requested as Saturday delivery (this service costs more, they do not deliver Sunday). FedEx and Carlini...

Design processed the order as requested, shipped the package in a timely manner, and the package was delivered in 3 business days (Monday) as expected. We do apologize that the customer had the expectation for the package to arrive on Saturday, but we cannot manipulate the services offered by FedEx. The customer is requesting a refund for services rendered by FedEx that we have already paid for, and that were executed exactly to their policy. Because services were delivered as expected we have declined to offer a refund on the shipping, but have offered a full refund (waived restocking fee) if the customer wished to return the product. Sincerely, Team Carlini
