While we recognize the roof issue is an ongoing issue we have made numerous attempts to correct the issue INCLUDING: patching of the roof which did not resolve the issue. Once this was determined not to resolve the issue we then put on a BRAND NEW ROOF. It was brought to our attention by the renter on the morning of December 28 the new roof did not rectify the issue.
After we received the call from the renter on the morning of December 28 we visited the home to inspect the issue within one hour of the renter calling. On the morning of December 29, we attempted to schedule an 8:00 a.m. appointment at the home to remove the water damaged ceiling and further investigate the issue. We were told this was too early to come, as renters were still sleeping, on a business day, at 8:00 am. So, we came later in the morning, removed the wet drywall and flooring. The issue was further investigated, as the ceiling was now removed. We currently have an appointment at the home to put on yet another new roof and install new drywall to the ceiling on January 5, 2016.
