Review: On 9/25/2013, I enrolled in a camera class and paid a fee of $110.00. The very day of the 1st class, 10/24/2013, I had to have a tooth extracted. The root and surrounding gum was abcessed. Because of medication prescribed that included pain medication, I could not drive.I did not attend the class. However I notified [redacted] by email and a follow-up phone call. My intention was to attend the remaining 4 classes. Subsequently, The infection from my tooth spread and I had to receive IV antibiotics. I was very sick. All of which is documented. I notified [redacted] on Friday 11/1/2013 about my health status and because it would be impossible for me to catch up with the rest of the class. Therefore I requested a refund of the fee of $110.00 2 attempts have been made to contact **. [redacted], but she does not return messages or calls. I stated that I was aware of a no refund policy, but because of health reasons that prevented me from attending the class, a refund should be given to me.Desired Settlement: Refund of fee paid, $110.00
