Carlisle Development Group/ Summerlake Apartments

Since our arrival to Summer Lake Apartments, we have had some problems with the Administration because our demands have fallen on deaf ears. After a month of living there, we had a plague of bedbugs. They told us that we should pay for it because the apartment did not have them before. We did not have the infestation in our furniture prior of arriving to the apartment, but since we did not have any evidence that the apartment would have the plague, we had to pay for pest control. In May 2013, the date that we moved to the apartment, we met with the property owners and agreed that the bathroom sink needed to be repair. The sink was not repaired for a year and a month after we had placed the complaint. This also shows fault of the condominium and should be a note in our favor that we waited too long for that. It was only repaired after we had agreed and signed the contract to stay another year.
