Review: On July 5, 2015 I visited Carlitos. I spent $10 in the bar. I checked my online statement the next day and saw that Carlitos made a fraudulent charge of $81.11. I immediately drove over to Carlitos and spoke with [redacted] the manager. I showed him my bank statement with the said charge pending leaving me with a $14 balance in my checking account. He looked through the receipts and could not produce one for this amount. I told him they emptied my checking account, could he help me! He called [redacted] the owner and left a message. Two days later [redacted] Called me. [redacted] stated that even though the charge says Carlitos it wasnt them and that he couldnt help me. I had to report the fraudulent charge to my bank so they could investigate. Finally the bank droppeed the charge from my account 5 days later. [redacted] didnt seem to care I went 5 days with no money. I talked with my girlfriend and she stated she went to Carlitos the week before and also had a fraudulent charge on her ATM which pended for a week and a half. I dont think they should be able to continue doing business this way. Ehat if we didnt catch yhe fraudulent charges? Carlitos would have stolen from us!Desired Settlement: I would like a check for $81.11 since I had to suffer thru a week with an empty checking account!
