My name is xxxxx. My friend, granddaughter and I stopped at Bojangles on last Monday. The order taken was incorrect. We patiently stated that returning the fries when the Big xxxxx guy snatched the fries out of my friend's hand. Then started screaming, "Get your Order Right Next Time--GET back in line and let me take care of these people behind you!" We refused. He came back to the window as the poor lady at the register looked on. He returned screaming, 'I said GO back around." "We stated No, will wait" He then stated to the cashier, "Give them their money back." She gave me cash back, although I had used my debit card. " We received our money back he was still talking very nasty to us. He said, to my friend when she said, "You snatched the fries out of my hand I should throw this ice tea back at you." The cashier stated, "Please Don't, I will have to clean it up." The xxxxx Guy then said to my friend, "Get out of here you crazy xxxxx" She then threw the ice team. We drove away as he tried to reach out of the window to hit her. I think we should have filed a police report. This man is way out line. Bojangles should definitely pay a visit to this restaurant. We will NEVER go there again.
