My name is [redacted] and I spoke with Ms [redacted] regarding the Chevy Silverado Repo her monthly payments were scheduled for the 20th of each monthOn 12/20/she made a partial payment of $and set up an Promise to Pay Arrangement for the remaining balance of $which included a late fee of and her December payment of $to be paid on 12/26/I called customer on 12/26/and everyday there after, I left voicemails regarding to call me on the Promise to Pay agreement and also mailed her late payment notices to her Contact Information we had for her on file, which were San Antonio phone number and addressAs we here at Carlo Motors approached her next Monthly due date 1/20/orders were given out to Repo the vehicle, that is when we found out she was in North CarolinaCustomer did not update her New Contact phone number or address until after the Repo was done on 1/17/As I informed Ms [redacted] contract states she needs to inform us here at Carlo Motors on any change of address and when moving the Collateral out of the State of Texas with in daysMs [redacted] asked if she got her truck back how much would it be I informed her it was up to the Owner of Carlo Motors and options could be past due, late fees, repo fees and new monthly payment or Owner would request day payout in full for Debt Thank you, [redacted] Carlo Motors Inc[redacted]
