Review: Returned shoes in the same condition as received according to their return policy. [redacted] confirmed that they received the return. I contacted them so many times, but they did not respond, then our correspondence lasted for two weeks, and they told me that they will not refund my return because they gave me discount for another order, which they approved and shipped to me, and this another order has nothing to do with my return. There were two separate orders. Returned shoes were from the order #1. on the order #2 they gave me a discount code, it did not work as it was supposed to, it gave more discount. I as an honest person emailed them about the issue. The replied that is ok, and they approved the order with that discount and shipped it in 3 business days. When they got my return from order #1 they never refunded me. I contacted them so many times and was kicked out. In the end they told me that I got enough discounts and they wont refund me for the returned shoes. Their customer service was negligent and to fix their mistake they decided to keep my money. Their customer service is terrible and rude. If you need I can provide a copy of our correspondence.Desired Settlement: only need a refund for the returned merchandise equal to $85.00
