I am rejecting this response because: We were definitely NOT told the carpet should be replace before cleaning *** said that only after my husband called to complain the following day *** was not present when the conversation before cleaning took place He was on the phone in his van I chose this business because it was Revdex.com accredited, and I'm concerned that my husband is being accused of lying
