During service of a brand new vehicle, a dealership employee wrecked my vehicle in the parking lot.On Nov 19, 2015, my wife took our brand new Infiniti QX60 to Carlock for it's first oil change as the dealership from which we purchased is more than 2 hours away. It has an unlimited powertrain warranty that is dependent upon Nissan/Infiniti authorized service for routine maintenance. My wife asked if a slight idling issue could be addressed, which the service department informed that it would need to be resolved at our dealership but they would check it out on a quick test run. During this test, the operator of the vehicle had an accident on the parking lot that incurred an estimated $8200 in damage. Service advised that everything would be handled civilly without need of a police report but we requested one to protect us in case of later issues. He also said that they would pay to have the car fixed to Nissan/Infiniti standards, which we did not accept because of the obvious depreciation to the car. They put us in a small loaner vehicle until the issue is resolved. At no time did the dealership ever initiate contact with us. We did not speak to any one above the service manager until Nov 30th, when we spoke to the GM. He responded that we would hear an answer from them before the day was over. I was contacted by an in house insurance agent and was informed that they were going to let my insurance provider be the primary on the vehicle. They later called and even wanted the loaner car back. The dealership has been very unwilling to cooperate in resolving this manner either timely or reasonably. Desired SettlementAt this point, we feel that is only fair that Carlock Nissan replace our vehicle that only had 5000 miles on it and was 2 months old. The gross negligence in care for our vehicle demands proper restitution. The car will always be listed on any accident report showing damage that will forever hurt the value of the vehicle. Business Response The dealership is paying for all expenses for Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle. We have been in contact with him, and he is now happy with the arrangements.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Carlock has not been in contact with me and the only thing that has been accomplished was that their insurance paid for the repair of the car, but the diminished value hasn't even been touched.Final Business Response Revdex.com, Carlock Nissan is definitely not trying to differ fault in this matter. However, auto accidents do happen and the party at mistake uses ones insurance to replace in a total loss the vehicle, otherwise, the vehicle is repaired and returned to the consumer. I know of no instance where minor damage is done and the vehicle is replaced. I feel the [redacted]'s are asking for an unreasonable demand due to the fact that we are a new car dealership, furthermore, anyone else involved in an accident would let the insurance company resolve the accident as mentioned above. Therefore, we believe that we have made this right with the [redacted]'s.Regards,[redacted]Carlock Nissan of [redacted]

Carlock Nissan of Jackson TN has lied to me and hasn't been truthful with me on my purchase of a new [redacted]. First off, Carlock Nissan of Jackson TN has has lied to me about the mileage of the purchase of my nissan [redacted]. The paper work showed that the car had 16 miles on it, but when I drove it home and found the mileage, the car had roughly 380 miles. Also, the car had damage to it, a scratch on the console and burn marks on the driver door panel. I found the damage to the car when I got home.I did not test drive the car first because the sales person said he could not find the key, but when I got ready to drive the car off of their parking lot to go home, they found the keys all of a sudden. For the damages, Carlock Nissan told me to come that following Monday, and they would fix my car. Well, they told me to come back Tuesday, the next day, when I got there Monday and they would look at and fix my car then. I came back Tuesday, and they told me that they could not fix my car. Well, I left and was headed home. I notice that something was dragging from underneath my brand new car. I called Carlock Nissan back and told them something was dragging the ground. Now, they told me to come back and they would look at and fix my car. They have lied to me multiples times. Desired SettlementI am wanting either $5000 knocked off from my car, or I want $2500 in cash from Carlock Nissan because of all the lies and the hassle I had to deal with from them.

Complaint[redacted] Nissan sent a invitation for a special buy back program.the letter stated at least four items to entice you to go to this bogus program. The invite offered 100 percent MSRP when the car was new, adjustments of.25 to .55 cents per mile, due to a shortage of quality preowned vehicles(call buy back program) It also offered 72 month 0 percent financing, free gift certificates for stopping in,all factory incentives passed ** directly to me,up to 6500.00 in added savings,a drawing for 4500.00(with no. On letter) I went on April,30 and after talking to [redacted] one of the middle mgrs, and to a salesman ,[redacted] was asked to return the next day around 2:pm and the program would be extended an additional day for me,to buy back my vehicle. I showed up the next day arround 2:00 pm,and waited ,looked at new vehicles, finally I approached [redacted] and said I needed to find out how much value for my 2013 Hyundai,,I told him I didn't want to waste his time and didn't want him to waste mine, Well the mgr that sent me the invite(Mr [redacted] returned value of 13,000 for my 20 month old 33,000 dollar hybrid ,limited Sonata. When I showed [redacted] the letter ,and he read what [redacted] had Puti in it he agreed with me that my car was in great shape, low miles, top of the line, clean and fit all the criteria of the so called buy back program. He and the salesman apologized profusely, and they had not seen a letter like the one sent to me, that the free gift certificates didn't exist, nor the drawing for 4500.00 ,,and the whole deal was bogus(my words). This is a clear case of False Advertisement, I have the original letter sent to me and I can prove. that this program didn't exist,my car is probably worth 26,000 retail. I spent hours cleaning it inside and out,I spent 4 to6 hrs dealing with the thieves, and made two trips equaliling approx. 110 miles to peruse a Bogus buy back program. They also got a lot of personal information from me,that could be used to harm me in the future,or to turning them in for this wrongful advertisement, and I wonder how many other people the tried this on and were sucessfull in rrippinthem off, cause that was therir idea with my deal!Desired SettlementI should a least be reimbursed for my labors, mileage, and time.More than that,I want to insure no one else was ripped off by this unscrupulous dealer! I would also like to protect my information, and to insure myself from future retaliation, because any corp. that does this will do just about anything to cheat and rip off the honest consumer!Business Response I spoke with Mr. [redacted] this morning and offered my apologies to him for the confusion and misunderstanding on the part of both parties. I offered to compensate him for his time and expenses, however, it became evident that I could not come to an agreement with Mr. [redacted]. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The indivdual I talked to gave zero appoligies for their blatton and totally unlawful false advertising designed to rip off the public consumers. He instead wanted to insure me that they had aboard in the back room with info about this so calledBuyback Program ..Bolognie ! I would think if you are having a special deal going on ,you should at least tell your employees! He failed to say anything about the letter I received from Carlock Nissan.,No Mention about the free gift certificates for stopping in, The drawing for 4500.00, 0% interst for 72 months, the during this event all factory incentives will be passed directly on to you,up to $6500.00 in additional savings, and the100% of MSRP trade in value. I was born during a day, but not yesterday!

Battery issuesI purchased a battery from Nissan for my 2009 Nissan Altima Coupe a little over a month ago. It has a 84 month warranty on it. I started having trouble with my car starting. I had to get a boost off. Before calling Nissan I had my job garage to checked it. It showed a bad battery. I immediately called Nissan two weeks ago. They did tell me I had to bring it in so they could test in order for the warranty to be covered. They kept my car most of the day. I was then told that they had checked it. It show a bad battery. They also said they checked out everything that may have caused it not to start. Two after this happened. My car would not start a total of three times after [redacted] checked it. I had to get a boost each time. on 12/18/2015 I took my car again to get the battery check since two times this day I won't start. Once it was boost it would start. The battery was checked and show it was a bad battery. It must've had been a bad cell. I have had problems with Carlock Nissan not wanting to replace parts when it is under warranty. I bought a new battery on 12/18/2015 for over $100. Since I have a new battery the car is starting right up with no problem. I think I need to compensated since I still had full warranty on this battery. Desired SettlementI would like a refund for warranty battery. After my car won't start a total of three times after Nissan said the battery was good.Business Response I had the service department pull the repair order for Ms. [redacted]'s visit. The battery was tested and showed to be charged. She left the dealership and went to another service center supposedly and they told her the battery was bad. Ms. [redacted] called the dealership and relayed this message, however, we cannot refund monies on others test results. We have received no other communication from Ms. [redacted]

Had a defective radio replaced, when this was done the service person damaged the area around the radio. On September 18, 2015 I had an appointment to have a defective radio replaced in my 2014 Nissan Rogue. The radio was replaced and as we were driving home I noticed several gouges and scratches on the areas around the radio. We immediately returned to the service center, the service person that was working the counter looked at the damage and said he would talk with the service person who did the work. He came back and said the service person stated he did not do any damage and that he was not even working in the area where the damages were located. I disagreed with that and told him we wanted the damage repaired. He said he would need to get his manager. He did so, and the manager, [redacted] told us that the service person did have to work in the area that was damaged and told us to call him that Thursday before he left to go to training classes and if we didn't reach him then to call the following Monday as he would be back from the training classes and he would schedule a rental being brought to me and my vehicle picked up for repairs. I called on Thursday and was informed he had already left for training classes, so I called on Monday and was told he wasn't available. My husband called and spoke with him several days later and was assured by Mr. [redacted] that he would contact me to schedule the pick up of my vehicle and drop off of a rental. He never called me. My husband spoke with him again and was told they did not have rentals available because they had all new rentals and we would have to wait until the next week when they had the registration for the rental, and that he would contact us the next week to schedule pick up and drop off. As of this date he has not contacted either us. We have been lied to numerous times and my vehicle is still not repaired from damage caused by their service person.Desired SettlementThe resolution I am seeking is the repair of the damage done to my vehicle by the service person, which are but not limited to: gouges in the dash above the glove box and along the sides of the radio and scratches to the glove box and the area around the radio.

Verbal contract was reached for set amount, when the contract was signed the amount to be paid was not disclosed.Purchase price was changed.I dealt with [redacted] and another sales rep whose name I can't remember.I was looking at a 2012 Nissan Altima vin # [redacted]XXXXXX Oct.29th. Iam an 18 yr. old girl so I was calling my dad about this purchase and because the car I was trading was titled to my dad. They told me the payments would be between $350 to $375 a mo. for 60 mos. My dad said we wouldn't buy the car because they were asking more than it was showing it was worth on [redacted] which was around 12,000.00. I couldn't make a deal with [redacted]. He wouldn't even tell me a price range on payments unless I told him I was going to buy the car for sure so another sales rep( the one whose name I can't remember) stepped in and said he'd sell it to me with my car as a trade and $1500.00 dollars down for 252.00 a month for 34 mos.which meant I would be paying $11,068.00 with the $1000.00 trade and $1500.00 cash I was paying. I called my dad back and told him what the man said and then the sales rep talked to my dad and told him the same thing. He told my dad they had a about seventy used cars they needed to move and the bank said they'd agree to the deal he offered. My dad said I could trade the car that was titled to him in on the Nissan. They did the paperwork on the car and without showing it to me just told me where to sign. My brother, [redacted], was co-signing with me but they ended up putting the loan with him as primary and me as co-signer. They followed me the forty miles or so to my grandmother's house to get a check for the $1500.00 from an account she and my dad are joint owners of. Then on to my brother's house where they didn't show him the papers either and just said sign here. The sales rep left after my brother signed the papers. The next day they called and said they needed the title to my dad, [redacted]'s car.He signed it and I took it by there to them. On Fri.Nov.13 the financial institution [redacted] called to verify some info on my acct. #XXXXXXXXXX and said I had 75 payments of $251.21. I got my contract and looked at it and saw that the amount financed was 15,180.00 which with the trade in and cash paid meant that I paid 17,680.00 instead of the 11,068.00 they told me I would be paying for the car. When interest was added the cost of the car ended up being 21,340.75.My dad called the dealership to talk to them about this and was told he wasn't on the contract so they couldn't talk to him. My mom and I went into the dealership today 11-17 to talk to them and was told there was nothing they could do but maybe let me trade it on another car or change the length of the payments to 36 mos. with a payment over $400.00 a month. No one there could tell me who the salesman I dealt with was although I gave a detailed description of him. I called [redacted] the salesman I was talking to first to ask him the guy's name and he said he didn't know his name. This is not a large dealership with hundreds of employees so I feel they lied to me.I feel like this was fraud they thought they could get away with because I just believed what I was told and didn't ask to read the contract. This was my first car purchase and has left me feeling like I was totally taken advantage of. I would appreciate any help you could give me with this matter. Thank you. [redacted] Desired SettlementThe original agreed upon verbal contract of 11,086.00 as the purchase price of the car with 34 months of payments.

Complaint[redacted]# on a 2016 Nissan Rogue that I bought does not match the [redacted]# on the Contract. I was not aware of this until yesterday when the they contacted me.I bought a New 2016 Nissan Rogue SV model 3 weeks ago. I was contacted by the dealership yesterday and they said I had the wrong [redacted]# on the Contract and that I needed to come down there so they could fix it and put the correct [redacted]# on the Contract. When I got to the dealership they told me I had to give them back the car we made the deal on and take the car that's [redacted]# was on my contract or I could pay an additional $2600 and keep the car I originally purchased. The car they said I could take is a different color and does not have Navigatolion. When I originally bought my car I told them I was not buying a car unless it had navigation because I am a travel nurse and I drive all over the country. My original sales person was [redacted] but [redacted] who told me he was the manager stepped in and took over [redacted] is the one I made the deal with for the car I know have. [redacted] told me the mistake was [redacted]'s and that [redacted] have me the wrong car. That is not true I made the deal with [redacted]. I did not go on the car lot and say I want this car. [redacted] asked me what I had to have in a car and chose the car that had what I wanted which included navigation. We then made a deal on the car which I have. I feel like [redacted] is trying to bully me into paying more for a car than the contract we agreed on. I can not title the car I have and my tempore tag expires in 6/7/16.Desired SettlementI would like the dealership to honor the original contract deal we made for the car I bought and fix the clerical error of the wrong [redacted]#, because that is all it is is a clerical error, because I never discussed buying a black car without navigation.

I was not informed prior to the sale that my vehicle would not come equipped with the standard two (2) smart keys.On April 11, 2015, I purchased a used 2013 [redacted] Everything was fine and the people were friendly, until the deal was made.Of all the questions one may ask regarding a used vehicle, or new one for that matter, how many keys it comes with, should not be one of those questions. A vehicle, new or used, should come with two keys. Is that not as basic and standard as it gets?Apparently not. After the deal was made, the salesman handed me the key...key...singular. I asked about the 2nd key, that ALL vehicles come with. The salesman told me the previous owner only gave them the one key.I was to return later with the down payment check, at which time he said he would let me know if he had come up with another key. He did not.On April 13th, I asked the salesman if he would contact the previous owner to determine if they still had a key. He texted me later and told me they did not.Later that day, April 13th, I contacted the sales manager and asked if, after spending $23,000 with them, they could provide me with a 2nd key..."No"..."Sorry". He actually told me, "YOU should have asked when the deal was being made".This leads me to believe that they will jump through hoops to get the deal, but will not take care of you AFTER the deal has been signed.Apparently, I should have asked for the most basic and standard of vehicle accessories...a 2nd key, BEFORE I signed any papers!p.s. In their defense, they did offer me another key at their cost of $250...on top of the $23,000 I had already spent.Desired SettlementI simply want a 2nd intelligent key for my vehicle.Business Response I have called the customer who traded in Mr. [redacted] vehicle. Hopefully, I will be able to get the extra. However, not all used cars come with a second key.
