Spanish response Unacceptable I don't understand language The fact that the company owner refused to sell me any items from his store is prejudice and not a good business practice.request the deposit be paid in full since I came back in the time allowed and had been turned down when I tried to buy I really need a washer to replace a broken one.I asked if I can come back to see more waashers later the sales rep [redacted] told me that I had to leave a deposit if I want to buy that washer and I told him no at first cause you'll probably just keep the deposit he say no we give you back the deposit if you don't buy anythingI wrote the deposit out on good faith and they explained that they will give me time to bring my broken washer and then when I did not bring the broken washer cause they later change their mind because the brand of one washer was a may tag and the other I had to exchange as well was a General electric.I explained to him I'm not obligated to buy your washer I told them I'd only buy from them if they want to do exchange [redacted] agreed and took my deposit So the owner change the mind about it all.Then I got a call from [redacted] on the last day saying come pick up your check the owner doesn't want to to do business with you.I said fine I'll be right there and I show up [redacted] says I'm just an employee but I'd like to give your money back.I tried to find another washer and was the to buy the Kenmore although he says the washer is no longer there I could not verify whether the washer was sold or transferred to another store The service I received was unacceptable and time consuming and also very distress full the way the owner carried himself is unpractical for sales he only spoke Spanish so I could not understand he even yelled in Spanish at me I conclusion I will not recommended anyone buy from their company the prices are high and not dependable for customers care Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2015/07/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Over the phone, she stated that she would be over but right now she doesn't have the fund. She arrived at the store later on, saying she didn't want to purchase the washer, she demanded a refund. I reassure her that she wasn't able to reclaim her deposit back, she was aware if she didn't brought the washer, she would lose her deposit.
