Work done was horrible. Asked for refund and they are refusing to pay.
I hired the company to coat the floor of my house in epoxy to look like marble. They very confidently said they could do it. I paid $2,600 up front for the work done. The first try was awful and I made them redo it. The second try looks just as bad and I can still see my original floor underneath. The process took longer than quoted because they were hours late every day. The final coat is bubbling and scratching and looks like spilled paint. I asked for a refund and they offered $500. Every time I ask the guy about the refund he says "I don't have any money". An epoxy floor can't be tiled over and needs a professional with a floor scraper to rip up. My floor looks like someone spilled paint over Terrazzo and I'm getting nowhere talking to these people.
I would like my money back.

I am currently out of the country and when I return a payment of $500.00 will be sent to the consumer. Before the complaint was filed it was agreed that I would refund the customer $1000.00. I will have to pay the money back in payments.

I simply don't believe he's out of country. My floor is bubbling up and looks horrible. My initial agreement is now nullified due to non payment. I'm requesting a full refund and ICE investigation into legality of his citizenship.

The offer to refund was only a goodwill gesture and is not something we are obligated to do. The customer became rude and belligerent with me so I will not longer deal with them. If the customer agrees I will send the refund to the Revdex.com and the Revdex.com can forward the refund to the consumer.

At no point did I become belligerent. The company has consistently lied about the refund for the awful service. I don't particularly care how I get my refund but I will. The floor will need to be professionally scraped up and if it takes going to court I'll file. This is unacceptable.
I had a great experience working with this garage door company. I had a door installed by them and recently had some problems with it. It came off the track on one side and the door just about fell completely off. I called them and asked for someone to come out and fix it and within a few days the owner "Carlos" himself came out to see it. He worked for almost three hours on it and got it working like new..... Great guy and really hard worker. I would recommend him anytime.

I had them replace the springs and fix Garage Door. Springs broke and will not repair now.
Called Carlos to fix garage door. He had his worker come out and look at and fix and replace springs. Paid worker cash at nearby McDonalds and got no receipt or work order. Paid around $250 - $300 total. Couple months later springs break. Call Carlos to have him come out and fix. Worker comes out and says he never did the job and refuses to fix. Called Carlos and he refuses to fix even though card shows lifetime warranty. Says no record of work done at all and giving me the run around. Trying to say they don't use that spring when he clearly sends me a picture of the springs he uses and it matches the spring that is busted. Sent picture of busted spring and he still denies replacing it.
Repair of the broken spring or the cash to get it done by another company that is more reputable and will guarantee their work.

We asked the customer for a copy of a receipt that shows we did the springs. We did not replace the springs for this customer. If the customer can provide the receipt that shows we did then we will honor our warranty on the springs.

There was no receipt provided for work done. How am I supposed to show them proof if no receipt was given to me. This company has done this to countless people after researching around in my community. I already got the shorty used springs replaced by another reputable company in my area. Even they said the springs were used and should never have been put in like that. They have received many calls to replace shotty work by this company and know them and the horrible work they do and how they treat their customers. My response to you is shut the company down before it is too late and I would like the $200 I paid to the other company to replace the springs reimbursed by Carlos garage door, but I know that will never happen so shut them down or if you are a consumer stay away from them.
