On March 19th I stopped by [redacted] Eye Vision to make an appointment. My appointment I also asked the secretary if there were any specials and she said yes $1,500 off each eye. My appointment was scheduled for March 26th. I showed up 1:00pm First, I was given an eye test to see if I am a good candidate,yes Next, I was sent to [redacted] the financial representative. I asked him if there any specials and he said know. The procedure cost $2,000 per eye. He had me complete a credit report for financing possibilities. At first I was given the company with the highest % rate then I asked for another company with a lower % rate which was better. I had to pay $200.00 dollars to get my eyes checked by the doctor, so I paid it. Finally I able to see the doctor, she noticed a possibility if carats. She wanted to talk to Dr. [redacted] when he came to town the following week. At that point I was finished for the day. I called 4/1 and asked for [redacted] the manager but I was given [redacted] the financial adviser again. I asked about my situation unsure about it and he had to go find my chart. I asked if I could only get one eye fixed (right) since the left eye was okay. Again he was going to ask the doctor and call me back. Today is MAY 6th and I still have NOT heard from this business. The have an advertisement on the [redacted] Spurs radio broadcast offering a special too. I am not sure if this business really cares about the patients. They seem to take your money and don;t follow through with what they say. I wonder if they will ever call me?
