Carlos' Paint Company

I would definitely much rather Carlos fix the door than give me a refund, but every time I call him he is non committal to do so Last week I called him at least times and asked to make an appointment with him and he kept telling me that he was busy all week, but was available anytime next week He also advised me that he would call me back next week and he didn't, so I gave him a call back again next week Carlos told me what he always does that he would have to call me right back after he checks his calendar Needless to say that was at 12PM EST and it is not 4PM EST and I've heard nothing form him I don't understand how he can be available all this week, but cannot even set a simple appointment to fix a door that his workers messed up If you guys like you can contact him directly at [redacted] and maybe you will have better luck He has shown me that he doesn't care and if you guys could do anything to help resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it
