our patients achieve and maintain good oral health. We feel that keeping regular scheduled appointments is the key which is why we offer multiple ways for patients to be reminded of their upcoming appointments and also options for confirming them.  We use automated emails and also text messaging which seems convenient for most of our patients, however we do have some that appreciate a simple phone call as a reminder a few days before their scheduled visit.  We are happy to do whatever works best for you and your family. Just let us know.  
I understand there was confusion with confirming your most recent appointments scheduled for Monday, September 22, 2014 so I have spoken with [redacted] who is the manager of this location and we have agreed to adjust the $35 charges off of each account.  We do apologize for this confusion and Ms[redacted] or myself would be more than happy to speak with you regarding this matter so please do not hesitate to call.  It is our hope that you will continue to be patients of Family Dental Health because as dental care providers we value that the most.

They make you feel like you are their Brother. I dislike going to the Dentist and put it off. My wife and kids kept bragging about how awesome this dentist office was. So finally I caved and made an appointment because I had a sensitive tooth that sent me through the roof every time I drank something cold. The lady that cleaned my teeth was incredible she listened and even covered up my sensitive tooth when she rinsed me out with water. The Doctor came in to check me and talked to me like a long lost friend. He then showed me a picture on the screen of my cracked tooth.No wonder it was sensitive. Instead of having to get off work and come back another day, they worked me in and fixed my tooth. Now that's service! I also am a fan of getting the text reminders on my phone instead of the phone calls ore e:mails I rarely have time to check. The big touchdown for me was when I scheduled my 6 months cleaning before I left. I almost look forward to seeing them 6 months from now. Everything Ive heard about this office is true and they give great family care.
