I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was aware of the charges and I still think they were every excessive and I was forced to pay the bill or leave my trailer there when the home office is in [redacted] and my driver had already sat there for 2 days.I tried to negotiate a cheaper rate but the shop refused so I had no other choice.But the bottom line is that the mechanic rode the clock to get extra hours and I had to pay for it.

Great experience with Appliance Tech! I called early Tuesday morning with an issue with our dryer. I left a message and about an hour later Justin called. We scheduled an appointment for Thursday. Wednesday afternoon Justin called and said he had an opening in his schedule and could be at our home in 30 to 45 minutes. He came, diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate and repaired the problem. We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Will definitely use their service again and would recommend them to others. Thanks Justin!
