shirt to him at our expense, due to the fact that he was verbally abusive to our staff and they are not comfortable with him returning to the store. Against the advice of our staff, the customer requested that we launder his silk [redacted] shirts. The customer signed a release, which is on file at our store. The customer was not overcharged and our prices are consistently competitive with the market. We regret that this matter has escalated to this point and now believe the matter to be resolved in the best interest of the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: The younger woman at the counter, approximately age 25-30, knew I was irritated by the ONE shirt they destroyed and instead of calming me down, saying they would take care of it, etc., she escalated the situation and that is what caused the entire very harsh verbiage on both sides. I will never do business with this company again, have alerted them to that as well. I have ONLY asked that the one shirt THEY CLAIM is now fine and waiting at the store be sent to my residence via mail, I sent that email to the owners LAST SATURDAY saying I simply request they mail the shirt to my residence so we can mutually avoid any situation. That is all I ask. If they state the $80 shirt is now perfect and I have already paid for the dry-cleaning service, then to avoid a situation, I simply ask they either mail the shirt to my residence or do a delivery like many other dry cleaners. This place is absolute sm for ripping off people for incredibly high prices, they should be ashamed. I will never, ever do business with them again and ALL I ASK IS THAT THEY MAIL THE DARN SHIRT TO MY HOME!!
