This company fixed a minor problem with my garage door. A support had come off and they replaced the brace and rewound the coil. It took about 10 minutes and cost $115. I thought this was pretty steep.
Nothing was wrong with the mechanical fix but I consider my experience negative because the guy felt comfortable telling me (a teacher in Baltimore City) that he "would not let his daughter teach" here. And that he is one of the only people in his company that will come to Baltimore City because "no one wants to get shot." I was so stunned all I could do was laugh, although I wish I'd had a cutting comeback. I work hard, like my job and love my neighborhood. He'd do his company a better turn by keeping his opinions to himself and just fixing the door.
I would not even have bothered registering my feeling of discontent with the price had the obnoxious comments not been made.
