Contacted customer, we talked things over and everything is OK.

I am rejecting this response because:
The apology didn't seem sincicer it felt force and and didn't seen like the worker really even cared or even the manger I just won't be taking my hunger needs there any more

Review: Hello! For years I continue to notify different Carls Jr Restaurants to let them know that they are calling a private home phone number to report their shortages and overages !! ( My number is ###-###-####) I have even called the Corp. Office which explained that they would take care of the issue! A few years later Im still receiving Carls Jr calls! I have owned this above phone number since 1999 and hate to get a new number! I do have Xfinity which once I update the unwanted calls -stores and blocks the calls. I AM ON THE "DO NOT CALL LIST" and have filed a complaint! HERE IS THE CARLs Jr. LIST:Phone Number [redacted]HOW in the HECK can I get your 916 locations to STOP CALLING MY PHONE NUMBER? Thank You[redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: STOP CALLING MY HOME PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: Drove through the drive thru for the first time. Placed two different orders. Once I paid for the first order, I realized the change was I received was incorrect. I informed the cashier and received an additional .30 instead of .35. The employee ([redacted]) presented our second order although the first order had not received the proper change back. I informed the employee that we had taken of the first order. He states, 'It is only five cents." I responded, It is not only five cents, it is my five cents. Are you insinuating that five cents is not a lot?" So, once I received the additional ".05" I received my food and checked it before I left the window. I did not see cheese until I lifted up my bun. So, I requested additional teriyaki. [redacted] told me you need to request that at the window. I asked so you mean I need to drive thru the window to request teriyaki. He said, "You need to order it at the window." I said, "So you mean to tell me I need to drive back around to place an order for extra teriyaki." I asked for my money back. He gave me cash and I was placing the cash in my purse. He states, Can you move from the window; I have customers waiting. The truth of the matter is that I am a customer, too. However, I was not treated any respect at all. Is this ordinary treatment being deliver at your stores? I asked him if I do not move is it a crime to place my money in purse before driving off. At the top of the receipt it says does our star shine? let us know. Please know this my comment and experience for a first time customer to your store. I just moved from WA state and wanted to experience your store and food. Needless to say, it was HORRIBLE. I never been treated with such disrespect and blatant disregard referencing customer service and desire to satisfy customers. [redacted] was more interested in getting me out of their line to get to the next customer. I was made to feel as though I did something wrong. I plan not to ever give any of my money to Carl's Jr. now or in the futureDesired Settlement: I did not appreciate being put off as though my five cents meant nothing. I took that to believe that if all customers were .05 cent short then you give them the food to them anyway. I realize that it is not a big deal to [redacted] but it was my money all I requested was that to be given the correct change. I did not raise my voice. As a matter of fact, I was very apologetic. I just want to let upper management know the customer service being delivered from the employee [redacted].
