To Whom it May Concern,I am trying to understand why we have to keep writing these letters back and forth through Revdex.comThe number one problem is that [redacted] + ***l purched the car togetherHe came in to our office 75% of the time to make paymentsIf they had paid the payments all the way to the end we would not be having this problem, then the car would not have been repoed + after we repoed the car we also send certfied letter to let them know they had days from the date of our letterto come in and pay the total amount.The reference sheet they filled out had his mothers name + number + that is why we get refences so we can try to find our customers who is not payingMiss [redacted] refers to ***l as Co-buyer but we are sending copy of contract to show both names were buyers + responsbile for the payments also as of date 8-13-the car has not been on our lot for saleBy law since they did not reclaim the car I have the right to sell the carAlso the recepit of the letter was returned with both signatures.Once when ***l called and wanted to setlle the issue, he wanted to set up a payment plan, but we said no because they did not keep the former arrangements.She keeps saying she was not contact but it is their responsilbity to call usIf she would talk to [redacted] he could tell her I called [redacted] numerous times and he answered the phoneIf they did not communicate then that is their problemI think I've said enoughI have been in Killen since + I am know all over this area as a honest car dealer + we are not a shady busseinessThey caused the problem not us.Regards,Reliable Auto Sales [redacted]
