Your sunrooms was built by Creative sunrooms ( a four seasons franchise)  Four seasons was bought by an new owner in 2001.  Sunrooms4u llc started in early 2000's and represented many manufactures and now fourseasons product lines.  [redacted] work for both.Thank you,[redacted]sunrooms4u llc

Since the customer is cancelling after “the right to cancel”, in accordance with our contract they are legally bound to pay the contractor the amount of actual expenses incurred to date, and in addition 10% of the total contract price. This is stated in paragraph 21 in our contract agreement....

We are willing to waive the expenses fee but we must enforce the terms of our contract and collect $680. Sunrooms4U will hold the price of the contract to its full amount if the customer is ready to continue with the project in the future.  Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The company  called me on Friday Nov 6, 2015 and also sent me an e-mail and said they will come out and replace the glass next week(e-mail) and they will send someone out to look at the sunroom next week date to be determined  when they call me on Monday. I am very pleased the company is working with me but I won't be pleased if the glass is not replaced this week as the glass is already in San Antonio to be installed.

I am rejecting this response because: I have a door that I still can not use. My wife is not a well person and she can't get out thru this door. I at the minimum must be repaired or turned around to open into the room as the change order has in it. Is there a way I can tex message someone and show them how it is. I have made several additional phone calls and sent a tex video them and have had NO calls or response.

I am rejecting this response because it is not true.We signed the contract on 12 MAY 2016.  We were told because of the rain Sunrooms 4-U were running behind 2 months and then they would start our project.That brings us to 12 JULY 2016 which today, 13 JANUARY 2016 is 6 months and we aren't finished yet.  The estimated time for this project was 12 weeks according to the contract.We are waiting for the inspector to approve a product that we aren't happy with.  There are gaps between the existing ceiling and the new ceiling that Sunrooms 4-U are unwilling to fill in, saying it is not their job.If leaving a customer with a nice looking product (filling in the gaps with caulk), is not their job, then I don't know what is.They replaced the structural posts but left the original plate and screws exposed where the crown covered that in the past.If they changed the posts then they should replace the crown, as well.Their response, "We're not in the remodeling business."They also contracted the electrical work out and didn't provide a porch light which on the contract it states would be provided.

Sunrroms4U values all customers and finds them top priority. The process to replace a piece of glass takes up to 6 to 8 weeks. The glass placed as an order then released to production. Once this is completed it is assigned ready to ship and it is received to us within 2 or 3 weeks. Mr. and Mrs....

[redacted] placed the order for their glass on October 2, 2015, then it was delivered to us on 11-2-2015. Sunrooms4U, kept Mr. [redacted] informed and updated throughout the way. Our receptionist has reached out to inform when the delivery of the glass and installation will take place. Thank you.

This room is a fourseasons room however it was built by another company.  We inspected the leak and found that the house roof at the chimney had rotted out from a leak on there home.  We fixed it for them for a fee and have not herd back from them on any problems.[redacted]Sunrooms4u llc

The repair has been taken care of.Due to the substantial rain San Antonio experience over the past month, our staff was swapped with repairs and held back jobs. However we did notified the customer along the way why it was taking a while. The leaks have been sealed, our installer was there May 25th,...

2016 to complete the work. We have not heard from the customer on any further issues.  Thank you

I spoke with Mrs [redacted] Monday June 1st and explained to her the materials for her job has been in our warehouse for over a month but do to the excessive rains in March April and May we are way behind schedule.We are to start her project the end of this week and she was happy with that.  Please...

I am questioning this response because:  Yes, the person assigned to assess the problem & fix what he found to be wrong was really good. He completed the job to our satisfaction as far as he could. HOWEVER, to our knowledge, the only person we have ever had contact with over all the years for this sunroom has been [redacted] so we do not understand his remark that the sunroom was built by another company.
