Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I'll try to put this as nicely as possible, but the response from this business and the manager is mostly falseOnce again I am being targeted as unreasonable and agitated, even though there wasn't a single point where I became hostile or rudeAs for the "options" I was given for the treatment plan for my cat, the only one that was relative to the problem I came in for was the antibioticsThey spent the majority of my time trying to sell us dental plans and vet credit cards and did not focus on the problem at handOnce again, they only revealed ONE of the possible treatment plans that I paid for before telling me about ALL of the other possibilities and ways to approach my cats health issueI do not appreciate being falsely accused of behaving in a negative wayI do not appreciate being strung along and overwhelmed with unnecessary up selling ploysI do not appreciate not having all of my options lined out before me regarding my cats well beingEither way, I'm tired of even thinking about this terrible businessand their shady mechanic practicesI took my cat to another vet already and they immediately resolved his health issues at a fraction of the cost, so the lesson learned here is to do your research before doing business anywhere [redacted] does wonders and I only wish I would have checked the Carlsbad Animal Hospital on there first and saved myself money and a headache Regards, [redacted]

This letter is in response to complaint ID *** ** *** *** and his significant other came into our hospital as a new client using our advertised $new client exam coupon They brought in there year old + cat named "Harley"for some respiratory problems and a dermal mass
Owner was presented with a treatment plan and made aware of all cost prior, owner asked if they could obtain additional discounts and was agitated about financesCostumer was difficult to deal with in exam room in regards to cost Some of the diagnostics were approved and some were declined Owner was given a few different options about testing vs trail therapy of antibiotics to see if cat would respond Client and I spoke in great length He was upset that the baseline laboratory blood tests did not include special send out tests Due to the radiographic changes and laboratory results our veterinarian consulted with an internal medicine doctor and both agreed that a trial of antibiotics was a medically appropriate first stepOwner was told how we would proceed if antibiotics did not treat the problem Thank you and please know if I can offer further assistance.Sincerely, *** ***
