Review: In 2012 I bought an 2004 infinity, within four months of having this vehicle it broke down due to engine failure. I then spoke with the Dealership (Carlsbad auto connection) and they offered to swap out the Vehicle for the 2009 dodge charger I have currently. Within 5 months of having the Charger it broke down due to engine failure as well. Carlsbad Auto offered to fix it because it was covered under the warranty only if it was done by their technicians. Carlsbad had the charger in their possession for over 8 months while I still was making payments and finding rides to work which was very costly. I also Made 3 trips down to their shop to check on my car and it wasn't even in the shop. they Gave me multiple rentals while my car was "in the shop" one of which completely locked up on us on the freeway in LA and they had to get towed and we were left stranded. Another rental's engine seized in yucca and they also had to tow it. Each time I called to figure out what the situation was and the progress of my car they would ignore my phone calls or refer me to the owner and I still would get no answers. Around the 10 month mark it took me to the point of almost reporting the car stolen or hiring an attorney just to have them tow and drop the car at my home in 29 palms. Once the car arrived they were very unprofessional such as dropping the car off with no paperwork to sign or a receipt or release signature. 2 months into having this "new engine" there was a extreme and very apparent knocking withing the engine. I called Carlsbad Auto multiple times to relay to them what was happening and ask them why it was not fixed. I also wanted to know why there was 1500 more miles on my car? NO RESPONSE SINCE THEN. Now just like every one of the rentals and cars they have given me, it has failed. My dodge charger is now sitting outside the auto-zone in yucca due to engine failure. I've tried contacting Carlsbad Auto and still no response.Desired Settlement: I desire the outcome to be nothing more then a full refund of the price I payed for this vehicle. (around 20,000) in full in either cash or check due to them failing to contact me in the past I am lead to believe they will not follow through with a refund unless done upfront.

Review: carlsbad auto connections and I, Ronald Eugene Munsterman II, have a written agreement on the trade in of my vehicle of $9,000 that it would be paid off by the 1st of November 2013. carlsbad auto connection owner has yet to do so.

we received a ticket for the vehicle we traded in and in text message the owner stated he would deposit the money into my account for the refund since the vehicle was to be re-registered to carlsbad auto connections and he never refunded the money to us.Desired Settlement: I would like them to up hold to the agreement or be shut down so that others do not run through this same problem. we are not the first.

Review: Hi In october 2013 I bring my car to sell under consigment to this bussiness and around 3 months ago this guys sold my car but the bussiness owner [redacted] don't want to pay me my vehicle , this person don't return my phone calls, every day I drive to he's bussiness but [redacted] it's not there and he's employees tell me don't know were he are, this is why my complaint, I want my car back or my pay check for the sale already done . Thank you .Desired Settlement: refund cash or my car back.

Review: They are persistently contacting me and saying that I owe them past due amounts for a vehicle I bought in October 2012 and they failed to follow through with their payments to my banks for cars sold to the until 11-29-2012 causing me to have to make extra payments on the loans as they exceeded the 10 day limit to pay. The fact is I was military and they did not follow the contracts they and I signed as agreed with payment. They were over paid and I have not been reimburse for the over-payment by me to them yet. It appears they are no longer in business, yet I received text messages from them, [redacted], who number I have provided since the listed business number is no longer in service. I have all the documentation and plan to pursue harassment and financial loss due to their negligence. Both of my banks whom I sold cars to them, which they failed to pay the agreed amount for, name Mauricio, thought to be the owner when dealing with them, as the person who contacted each bank about loans and paid less than agreed, leaving an owed amount to me above $850. They never provide me a plate for the car, nor used the agree personal plate of "[redacted]" (of California) and charged me $65 for registration when I should have only paid transfer fees on since it was a valid plate of mine from one of two vehicles I sold to them when buying a car at the same time. Then claimed I owed the a registration fee of $674.00-$65.00=$609.00 for a plate I never received nor was the agreed Licenses Plate. They then began to debit my bank card that they had on record for a total of $364.30 until I blocked them from any further debits. Raising the total they owe me to over $1,214. Yet this person named [redacted] texts me and threatens to tow the car I bought and over paid them for and refuses to return calls or texts that I have sent him. I have proof and banks, USAA and Pacific Marine CU, are working with me to file against the owner of harassing person(s). I have the texts saved on my phone.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the money they owe me plus a percentage on top for my time spend dealing with them as my time is not free. I am requesting that they be flagged as a company and the owner as well for negligence and unethical business practices.
