I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH HIS RESPONSE THERE WAS OVER SPRAY ON MY BLACK LEATHER SEATS AND CONSOLE WHERE MY GEAR SHIFT IS LOCATED, I TRIED COVERING IT WITH ARMORALL WHICH HELPED BRIEFLY BUT IT APPEARED BACK TO SURFACE THE ORIGINAL COLOR ON MY CAR FROM FACTORY IS A METALLIC BLACK THERE WAS OVER SPRAY ON EXTERIOR PART OF THE CAR WITH THE SHINY METALLIC AND ON MY WINDOWS AS WELLAS FAR AS THE REPAIR ON MY DOOR, A RIPPLING AFFECT WAS LEFT PERMANTLY I'M VERY SORRY THAT I TOOK MY CAR TO RICHARDS SHOP IT'S A BRAND NEW SUBARU,AND IT LOOKS WORSE NOW THAT WHEN IF FIRST PURCHASED ITI WILL BE SENDING PICTURES SOONTHERE HAS BEEN OTHER PEOPLE DISSATISFIED WITH HIS WORK, BUT NO ONE HAS COME FORWARD.When I first got my car back2nd time it was taken my car was left with a rippling effect overspray on interior the right side of my car the window does not roll down when I'm on drivers sideI will be sending a picture of amount paidtotal deductible not to mention money money spent on rental times two!!!!!Carlsbad Auto Body Shop left circular marks, it was not buffed professionally.! Scratches on my car overspray on my grill and frame inbetween windows! My neighbors witnessed it

Ladies & Gentlemen, This is in response to the complaint being lodged toward my shopThis vehicle was brought to us for simple repairs to the Right side door bottom areaThe owner of the vehicle pointed out the damage she wanted us to repairA
professional repair was done & completed on this vehicleHe inspected the finished work and he was satisfied, took the vehicle homeThen he returned to the shop complaining his wife was very unhappy with our work, claiming we had not repaired all the damage The repair was done based on what we were informed to repair The damage that she is referring to does not pertain to the original damageBUT to the satisfaction of the customer we repaired the door again to include the small ding at the top of the doorThe original damage is at the bottom of the door area not the topHer complaint of over spray cannot be because we cover the cars in the shop with a plastic to protect against over spray This plastic cover is of professional quality and offers ample protection We at the body shop work hard to provide quality workWe will in no way repair a damage if it cannot be proven that it was caused by the original accidentThere is a big difference between over spray and tree sapAn infected tree weep fine drops of waste produced by the insectThe work performed on the door & the area has a mirror finish The vehicle was repaired professionally & the refinish was completed without any complaints IF THE CUSTOMER AS SHE CLAIMS, WAS AWARE OF SO MANY COMPLAINTSWHY!! WHY DID SHE BRING THE CAR TO OUR SHOP, CARLSBAD QUALITY AUTO BODY SHOP
