I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

 I asked for information from company regarding Motor the type, identification  that company replaced.  I hired another heating and cooling company to evaluate my system and make any repair so that I would have air conditioning.  During the inspection, the service person, told me "the motor that they put in your heating system is a motor for an air conditioner."  So I want to vary information with the company, which they never provided to me and then I want to  recover cost to have the correct motor installed.  I will be more than happy to return the wrong motor to the company.  I feel that service person and company willing and knowing  place the wrong part into my heating unit.  I feel this service person and company did this and this is  a fraudulent act and should have to refund my money for the motor.  The company I hired said, "the motor that Bates replaced is for an air condition not Heater"  Also, their statement does not apologize  for the RUDENESS on the part of the office staff and the fact that the service person, LIED about part.  Because, he replaced the wrong motor into my heater.  The company is wrong and I feel they  took advantage of  me as a customer.  The service person, who proclaims he has been doing this for 19 years, should be ashamed of his fraudulent practice and company should question his and their ethics and treatment of customers.

CUSTOMER CALLED OUR COMPANY FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR REPLACEMENT OF A/C EQUIPMENT IN MAY OF 2014 BECAUSE HER INDOOR BLOWER MOTOR WAS BAD, THEN SHE CALLS OUR OFFICE IN MAY 2016 WANTING TO REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR AND EXPECTED US TO KNOW WHAT MOTOR IT TOOK TO REPLACE IT, INDOOR UNIT IS 20-30 YEARS OLD, IT...

TOOK 2 SERVICE TRIPS, HAD TO SPECIAL ORDER BLOWER MOTOR, THE BLOWER MOTOR THAT WE RECEIVED WAS INCORRECT WHICH WE HAD NO CONTROL OVER FOR WHICH IT WAS ORDERED.  INDOOR BLOWER MOTOR WAS REPALCED AND UNIT WORKING AT THAT TIME.  THEN SHE CALLED ON JUNE 20, 2016 AND SAID THE OUTDOOR UNIT WAS NOT WORKING AND IT WAS OUR FAULT, GREG TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT THE INDOOR UNIT AND OUTDOOR UNIT ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS, SHE AS RUDE AND WOULD NOT LISTEN TO REASON. SHE WAS TOLD BY GREG THAT WE WOULD COME BACK OUT BUT IS WAS NOT WARRANTY.  WHEN SHE CALLED OUR OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH OFFICE STAFF SHE WAS VERY DEMANDING AND DIFFICULT AS WE TRIED TO WORK WITH HER WORK SCHEDULE, WE DO NOT GIVE EXACT TIME FOR SERVICE BECAUSE SERVICE TECH DOES NOT KNOW HOW LONG THEY WILL BE AT A JOB TO MAKE REPAIRS TO CUSTOMER BEFORE HER.  SHE WAS CALLED AND INFORMED SERVICE TECH WAS RUNNING BEHIDE THAT DAY, SHE AS ALSO INFORM OF ALL CHARGES.
