Review: In March 2008 Carlsen roofing replaced my roof. Since that time I have had my roof leak 3 separate times. the first time was appox march 2011. Mr.[redacted] came and fixed it and charged me $450.00 and I had to have my hallway wall repaired due to water damage. The second time was appox 2012 .Mr [redacted] cameagain and said it was fixed.Again it leaked in the same place and damaged the hallway wall again.Iam very frustrated with the job he did and I will not continue to pay to have my roof fixed and hallway repaired constantly.Desired Settlement: I am not asking for a full refund but I think I deserve my money back for the repairs ,done twice and for the repairs done to my wall twice and now a third time.Apparently he did not correct the problem the first time or it wouldn't still be leaking. I would estimate the repairs at about $1500.00 or so.
