Our company strives to provide excellent customer serviceI am sorry to hear that Mr*** was unhappy with his serviceHis service was completed in December and last week (March 23rd, 2017) our office received a call from the Revdex.com informing us about his concerns We were not unresponsive to
Revdex.com, but they sent the initial complaint to an employee's personal email account that is no longer accessible to her and has not been for over six weeksWe never received these emailsThe initial service date was December 2016.The service technician and manager were never contacted by *** directly to give us an opportunity to correct the problem at any time in the three months since the initial serviceIn any situation where a customer is not happy with the resolution, they are encouraged to contact our office in person, by email or phone to discuss any problems so we can correct the issue at no additional chargeIf at this point, we were still unable to resolve the problem, we would coordinate with customer to come up with a fair resolutionMr*** stated that he was out shopping and ran in to someone from our office and asked someone to call himAll concerns can only be addressed by contacting our office directlyOur office including the service technician and myself (the manager) were never given the opportunity to resolve the issueWhen Mr*** left our office, our service technician went through the system with *** to confirm everything was working correctlyOn a call at a later time, the service technician worked with him on an issue that she believed was resolved after the callMr *** never called our office to indicate that there were any remaining issuesWe received this letter months later and feel like if a customer wanted us to fix it, they would have let us know within a week of the repair so we could fix any issue promptly
