I am fully satisfied with the resolution provided by Carlson Chiropractic. I submitted my initial complaint when I thought the business didn't respond to an email I sent to them, but it turns out that they did try to call before. The director of operations was patient in scheduling a phone conversation with me and sincere in her concern about my experience. She informed me that I had been given several additional decompression sessions, free-of-charge. As a result, I asked for the majority of the money I paid for the service to be refunded rather than all of it. The kind director of operations agreed to my request. I believe the circumstances surrounding my experience were unique and not reflective of the experience others might have.
