On 02/07/18 Mr [redacted] called at 5 pm and said he believed his system was airbound. I told him our rates for a nightime call and he wanted to know what the cost would be to just clean it that night. I explained to him because it was an overtime call, and he hasn’t done an annual...
tune up/Cleaning since 2013, it would be very expensive to do everything tonight. I told him we could fix the air bound issue tonight and he could schedule a Tune up/cleaning for another day, or if he wanted to wait we could squeeze him in for a Tune up/cleaning tomorrow morning, we could address the airbound issue at the same time, this would save him a trip charge/diagnostic fee. I explained to him he would pay for a Tune up/cleaning and the repair cost for the airbound issue. He started to laugh and called us ridiculous that turning a valve would be an additional cost. I told him we can't be sure what the issue is until we get there, but normally purging a system of air is a lot more involved than “turning a valve”. He continued to be rude, and complaining about the cost. He said well if you don't want my business I will go somewhere else, I said we do want your business, I feel our rates are very fair, but I don't believe you have to be disrespectful about it, I’m just trying to help you. He hung up on me. Mr [redacted]’s complaint with the Revdex.com is not true and very unfair. Mr [redacted] was sent multiple reminders to have us do a annual tune up/cleaning in the last FIVE years, and all were ignored. We take pride in our work, we try to provide quick response time, and we give upfront prices. ALL our technician are well train, licensed by the state of Connecticut, and more than capable to handle any problem Mr [redacted] had with his heating system. We tried very hard to give him the least expensive options. Thank youBob C[redacted] ...
